All shops stock fresh game in season. From the Glorious Twelfth (12th August), we have fresh grouse from Yorkshire in stock. Later in the season, we have pheasant, partridge and mallard available. At Chelsea and Chiswick, we also provide venison.

At Borough Market, we specialise in whole birds; pheasant breast and delicious mixed game stuffing, made in-house. Pheasant breast are, of course, an integral part of our 3- and 4-bird roasts. We also incorporate game into our range of products – with offerings such as mixed game, red wine and thyme sausages.
