Chicken Tacos

  • Two boneless and skinless chicken breasts cut into strips (available from our Borough Market, Chelsea and Chiswick branches)
  • Taco seasoning: a pinch of salt, pepper, 1tsp chilli powder, 1tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and a pinch of paprika and cayenne
  • Thinly sliced tomatoes, avocado and red onion
  • Grated cheese - Gouda works well
  • Pinch of fresh coriander
  • Squeeze of lime
  • Corn tortillas
  1. Place the chicken in a large pan and gently cook until golden.
  2. Mix the taco seasoning and stir in with the chicken until coated and cook for a further minute.
  3. Build your tacos. Take your tortillas and layer the chicken with your other fresh ingredients. Serve with a squeeze of lime.
