Four Ingredient Honey and Garlic Pork Chops

  • Thick cut pork chops available from our Chiswick or Chelsea stores
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 2tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp honey
  1. Keep your pork chops succulent and juicy by seasoning well before cooking. Sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, and the garlic powder then leave to one side while you preheat a pan.
  2. Place the chops in the pan and sear on both sides until golden. Add in the butter, honey and rice wine vinegar and mix.
  3. Continue to cook the chops for a further 4-5 mins on each side until cooked through basting generously as you go and voila – you’re all done!
