Ingredients
4 rashers of Wyndham's bacon
4 Wyndham's sausages
1 chopped onion
4 eggs
A handful of grated cheese
Salt & pepper to season
Start by greasing a muffin tin and pre-heating your oven to 180 and the grill to a high heat.
Pop your bacon underneath the grill and cook to desired crispness.
Whilst the bacon is cooking, add your sausages to a frying pan and cook through.
Whilst the meat is cooking, brown off the onion slightly in a separate frying pan with a dash of oil.
Once the bacon has cooked, take it out of the grill and place one slice around the edge of each muffin tin.
Chop the cooked sausages and add into the centre of each muffin tin, along with the onion.
Crack an egg on top before popping it into the oven for around 5-7 minutes – you want to ensure the egg is fully cooked.
Once the egg has cooked, add a sprinkling of cheese and place it back under the heat for around a minute, until the cheese has melted.
