This meaty breakfast skillet is loaded with bacon, ham, chorizo, cheese, hash browns and a few veggies for safe measure and is the perfect meal for all you meat lovers not to mention a great sharing dish!
Butchers Tip: Prepare this the night before, leave covered over in the fridge and bake it up in the morning to save on time!
1. Start by heating your oven to 180oC. Whilst the oven is heating, pop the bacon under the grill until crispy before transferring over to a plate and leaving to cool slightly.
2. In the same pan, add in the chopped ham and chorizo and cook for around 3-4 minutes, then using a large spoon pop into a bowl and leave to one side.
3. Back to the pan we go, add in the onion, peppers and spring onions and cook until the veggies are starting to soften before turning off the heat and leaving to cool slightly.
4. Add the cheese, shredded frozen hash browns, bacon, ham, chorizo and veggies, into a bowl and season well.
